Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role, preferably within a shared service center environment,
- English and German at minimum B2 level,
- knowledge of salesforce or other crm systems is a significant advantage,
- high level of communication skills and independent thinking,
- knowledge of tools such as SAP, MS Teams, and PowerBI is a plus.
Responsibilities
- manage and maintain accurate data in salesforce and other crm systems,
- support the sales and operations teams by handling administrative processes and coordinating tasks,
- prepare and analyze reports to identify process improvements and ensure data accuracy,
- communicate with internal and external stakeholders in English and German,
- assist in the coordination of customer-related activities and ensure smooth execution of business operations,
- collaborate with international teams across multiple functions,
- contribute to projects focused on process optimization and efficiency.
