Inside Sales Opportunity Rep. Analyst with Polish
- Analyze and resolve lower-complexity issues with moderate guidance.
- Collaborate daily with peers; escalate updates to supervisors as needed.
- Execute outreach activities including calls, emails, social media engagement, and customer surveys.
- Schedule initial meetings for sales/pre-sales teams and identify participants for events.
- Promote product and service awareness on behalf of sales and marketing teams.
- Follow structured instructions for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments.
- Make decisions that impact your own work and may influence team outcomes.
- Operate as an individual contributor within a focused team scope.
- Participate in rotational shift schedules as required.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 3–5 years in Inside Sales or Digital Sales
- Language Proficiency: Polish (C1 level)
- Technical Skills:
- Digital Inside Sales (Inside Sales P4)
- CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
- Strong communication and outreach capabilities
