As an RTR Accountant, you will be responsible for executing general ledger accounting operations in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP), SOX controls, and local regulations.
- Post financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards (US GAAP, SOX)
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor and justify outstanding items
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams
- Use analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, ML, Gen AI) to identify trends and risks
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in RTR or GL accounting
- Proficiency in English
- German (minimum B2 level) would be a plus
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP, SOX)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving attitude
