Requirements

• around one year of experience in a similar role,
• university degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field,
• knowledge of Turkish at minimum B1 level and English at B1/B2 level,
• good command of MS Office, including Excel,
• strong analytical skills,
• ability to work effectively in a team and within an international environment,
• practical experience with ERP systems would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• handling key collection activities on overdue invoices and identifying reasons for payment delays,
• analysing outstanding balances and resolving issues with customers and internal teams,
• monitoring aged receivables, credit exposure and order blocks/unblocks,
• cooperating with internal departments to resolve claims and respond to customer inquiries,
• maintaining daily customer service standards and supporting continuous process improvements,
• tracking payment plans and managing necessary escalations,
• supporting month-end closing and AR accounting tasks,
• preparing reports, providing audit documentation and assisting with new system/process rollouts.
