The Debt Recovery team functions as the final stage of the internal collections process, with primary responsibility for recovering outstanding balances on accounts that have failed to meet their payment obligations. The portfolio managed spans both low- and high-value debts and includes accounts across multiple global regions. The role further encompasses responding to customer inquiries and negotiating fair and sustainable repayment arrangements.
The position primarily involves managing written correspondence, including sending and responding to emails, while ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries. Key performance objectives include meeting email response time and query resolution targets, verifying that all communications comply with client guidelines, and closely monitoring assigned accounts to ensure that all required actions are completed accurately and promptly.
THE WORK
- Collecting debts according to the post suspension process.
- Pro-actively engaging with debtors to ensure timely resolution.
- Cooperating with internal departments (Credit, Global Customer Service, Cash Operations, Billing and Sales teams).
- Process cases in a timely and effective manner.
- Allocation of incoming payments and accounts reconciliation.

The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Fluent English and Spanish at min. B2 level required (both written and spoken).
- Full-time availability, 8 hours daily from Monday to Friday during 11:00 am - 7:00 pm.
- Ability to work from the office located in Cracow during the first three months and in hybrid mode after (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
