You will support the full employee lifecycle, coordinate payroll, and be a key point of contact for employees and managers. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar HR or payroll position,
- experience in SSC or shared services structures will be a significant advantage,
- good knowledge of German labor law (Austria/Switzerland knowledge is a plus),
- fluent German (C1) and English (B2),
- experience with HR systems and Excel,
- structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused,
- reliable, discreet, and confident in stakeholder communication,
- proactive and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- support employees across the entire HR lifecycle - onboarding, development, offboarding,
- coordinate pre-payroll activities for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland),
- work closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers,
- maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday),
- act as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers,
- support occupational health & safety and related documentation,
- manage and communicate employee benefits,
- cooperate with authorities, health insurance funds, and accident insurance institutions,
- provide administrative support in recruitment processes,
- support a headcount of around 200 employees across the DACH region.
