Securities Lending Operations Analyst
THE WORK:
- Managing CSDR penalties claims in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and third‑party providers
- Overseeing fee billing entitlement processes, including end‑to‑end management and controls
- Reconciling corporate action entitlements against custody records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Handling securities settlements and collateral activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Maintaining internal and external records and reports, including daily reconciliations and audit support
- Identifying and reporting incidents to line management, in line with governance requirements
- Mitigating operational and financial risks arising from day‑to‑day business activities
- Producing KPI reporting for internal management and external stakeholders

The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office in Warsaw (50/50 hybrid model).

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Securities Lending Practice Knowledge – Solid understanding of financial markets, Securities Lending and Repo.
- Relevant Work Experience – 2+ years of experience in in Securities Lending, fixed income and equity trade support or asset servicing.
- Analytical andamp; Technical Skills – Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage large data sets and perform in-depth analysis.
- Educational Background – Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Language Proficiency – Fluent English skills (C1 level), with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a global environment.
