What you’ll be doing
What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Monitor and proactively optimize necessary changes to the overall center governance process.
- Assure entity financial spend is adequately monitored and budget and forecast targets are met.
- Act as host manager for the selected functions where local management liaison is necessary. Make sure right level of cooperation with direct remote managers.
- Supervise, develop and inspire team(s) which run or contribute to center wide priorities including Continous Improvement, AI adoption, Automation, Employer Branding, Communication.
- Coordinate operation of defined center professional communities to make sure cross-functional collaboration, leveraging scale, diversity and drive tangible outcomes. Propose and drive needed changes and act as a change agent promoting growth mindset across communities.
- Make sure efficient stakeholder management with focus on impactful on-site visits and new center growth opportunities.
- New Projects Initiation: set up and launch the projects by working closely with key stakeholders on program charter, program structuring, milestone and project planning/roadmap, KPI definitions. Establish governance structure and onboard project sponsors. Example: Standardization Project.
- Actively engage in Center Steering Committee, Business Continuity and Incident Management Team.
In this role, you will report to the Head of AXA XL Poland Enterprise Shared Service Center.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Prior leadership experience with track of record.
- People mentoring and coaching skills, ability in managing by influencing.
- Analytical skills, financial acumen is a plus.
- Project and change management.: knowledge and experience in working in an Agile environment and change management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, communication and presentation skills; experience in communicating with Senior Management.
- Solid interpersonal and collaboration skills to drive alignment with various stakeholders in matrix organization.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, influence and creativity to achieve successful outcomes around scope, costs/budget, issues/risks, and resources.
- Curiosity, creativity, proactivity and innovation mindset.
