THE WORK:
- Deliver excellent customer service in an inbound contact environment, ensuring a strong sense of achievement.
- Meet customer expectations while consistently adhering to best practices and quality standards.
- Demonstrate empathy by actively listening and responding effectively to customer concerns.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels while complying with established service level agreements.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (min. B2).
- Availability to work in a hybrid mode (50/50) in Warsaw office.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer support.
- Ability to remain focused in a dynamic environment and respond effectively to evolving inquiries.
- Strong grammar, writing, and typing accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, both independently and in collaboration with peers.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn quickly in response to changing client needs and product updates.
