ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Procure to Pay Associate with Italian, you will be part of Accenture Operations, supporting end‑to‑end Procure to Pay (P2P) processes for international clients. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant execution of finance and procurement activities in an Italian‑speaking environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Deliver operations at the highest quality level, within agreed timelines and quality targets
- Perform accounts payable activities, including vendor creation and maintenance
- Process invoices and manage purchasing card transactions
- Execute special bookings with precision and efficiency (prepayments, backcharges, penalties)
- Confirm pricing and commercial terms with suppliers prior to payment
- Handle business and supplier queries related to invoices and their statuses
- Create and approve requisitions and record receipt of goods and services
- Maintain travel and expense system configuration and audit rules
- Actively participate in calls with various stakeholders, in English and Italian
- Analyze aged open entries and follow up on outstanding items
- Prepare operational and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and SLA requirements
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives
HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Fluent Italian (C1) and good English (minimum B2)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of studies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Interest in finance and eagerness to develop skills within Procure to Pay and Finance Operations
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment
