THE WORK

• Building and maintaining positive relations with customers and regularly updating on account status, overdue payments, and credit limits.
• Billing customers.
• Assisting in forecasting overdue payments based on historical records.
• Generating and sending missing invoices, account statements, as well as assisting with documentation for write-offs when requested.
• Contacting customers via phone and email to follow up on overdue invoices.
• Helping with credit-related requests for customers and supporting the resolution of payment issues.
• Preparing reports on customer account statuses and taking on additional tasks as part of the team.
• Helping new team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with their learning process.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Knowledge of English and German language, min. B2 level required (both written and spoken).
• Full-time availability (8 hours from Monday to Friday).
• Min. 1 year of experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable operations.
• Interest in developing within the field of finance
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken (B2B (Business-to-Business setting)).
• Ability to work in a hybrid mode (50/50) with the office located on Przyokopowa 26 in Warsaw.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Oracle software.
