WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video) based on policies
- Apply Trust & Safety guidelines and identify policy violations
- Escalate complex cases and document decisions
- Work with moderation tools and ticketing systems
- Maintain quality and productivity KPIs
- Stay updated on policy changes and participate in training
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- English + Finnish (min. B2)
- Ability to work with online content
- Attention to detail
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Analytical thinking and decision-making
- Ability to remain objective and unbiased
- Emotional resilience / ability to handle sensitive content
- Experience in customer support, moderation, or BPO
- Familiarity with Trust & Safety / policy-based work
- Experience with tools (CRM, ticketing, moderation systems)
- Interest in internet culture and social media
