Customer Success Management Analyst with German (SAS)
THE WORK:
- Build relationships with key business and technical stakeholders
- Present Microsoft Cloud solutions tailored to client needs
- Support clients with demos, leveraging Microsoft existing programs
- Provide technical guidance to accelerate the sales cycle
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and market trends
- Collaborate with internal sales and account teams
- Participate in trainings and continuously develop your skills
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Assess customer needs and propose best-fit Microsoft solutions
- Provide technical guidance to accelerate the sales cycle
- Collaborate with Scale Seller (CLM) and Deal Acceleration Specialist (DAS)
- Focus on opportunity velocity across the sales cycle
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer success, sales support, or a related commercial role.
- Experience engaging with business and technical stakeholders during customer conversations.
- Experience in supporting sales opportunities, including identifying and driving upselling or and cross-selling activities.
- Experience in presenting technology solutions to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
- Experience in maintaining or updating sales pipeline data ensuring accuracy and consistency..
- Full professional proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level.
- Full professional proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with Microsoft Cloud solutions.
- Experience providing solution demonstrations or technical overviews.
- Microsoft certifications.
- Experience collaborating with internal sales or account teams.
- Experience participating in pipeline or deal review meetings.
