Order to Cash Operations Associate with Slovak
The work:
- On-time cash collections for the Slovak customers (contacting customers for past due invoices), dispute resolution and credit notes proving
- Perform other cash collection activities: refund, write off process execution, overdue monitoring, preparing, and sending copies of the invoices, statement of the account, dunning letters.
- Ensure timely invoice payments and recover client receivables to prevent overdue balances
- Consistently deliver on collection targets and maintain compliance with contractual deadlines across all reporting periods
- Build and maintain long term relationships with internal external stakeholders.
- Work closely with project team members to meet deliverables and ensure effective execution of requirements
- Ensure timely collection of receivables while providing a controlled, auditable workflow for identifying, investigating, and resolving customer disputes that may delay payment.
- Manage OTC collection disputes such as debt collection, reporting on aged debt, dunning process, bad debt provisioning etc.
- Perform Cash Reconciliations and follow up for missing remittances
- Record all collections activities in a consistent manner as per the process.

Here's what you will need:
- Advanced English and Slovak min.B2 level required
- Business experience in OTC nice to have
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactiveness
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems used in a multinational environment nice to have
