As Order to Cash Operations Associate you will be responsible for:
- building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients business partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely cash collection;
- managing collections related activities based on fiscal calendar requirements;
- timely escalation of most delicate matters to necessary stakeholders;
- managing complaints and validating disputes related to issued invoices;
- order management based on customer's payment behavior;
- reporting on the status of accounts and progress made.
- Manage collections on a dedicated portfolio, including proactively applying payments, credits, and reconciling accounts.
- Thrive on continuous advancement by conducting credit checks, evaluating credit risk, and assessing customer behavior.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and drive ongoing improvement in debt issues and collections processes.
- Prepare reports and financial documents, ensuring a forward-thinking, growth-driven approach in managing order releases and account setups.
- Committed to constant progress, ensuring data privacy compliance, maintaining account history, and engaging in client interactions.

- Fluent English (min B2).
- Experience in a Cash Collection role or Customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work analytically and independently in a problem-solving environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and skilled in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work in a hybrid mode from Warsaw office.
- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
