THE WORK

• Leading a team of customer success managers who are responsible for driving incremental consumption of Microsoft Azure services.
• Coaching and mentoring your team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional workloads.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, retention, revenue and growth.
• Collaborating with other sales managers, account executives, marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging and strategy.
• Providing feedback and insights to stakeholders to help improve the customer experience and value proposition.

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management, preferably in the cloud or software industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing and developing a high performing sales team.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services, especially Microsoft Azure.
• The ideal candidate will have a background in driving customer cloud adoption and overall customer success. This role requires a deep understanding of the Azure platform.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.
• A bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
