Our Krakow team is focused on digital marketing advertising, working on behalf of a world leader in online advertising. Our team works with existing customers to optimize their advertising campaigns. We use our sales skills and product knowledge to support the advertisers reach their goals in a way that is trustworthy, transparent, and adds value.

Trainer

Primary scope of duties:

  • Providing onboarding training for new hires
  • Preparing and providing progressive training
  • Maintaining great sales & product knowledge level on operations floor Responsibilities:
  • Becoming and maintaining the status of Product Expert
  • Conducting new hire and progressive sessions
  • Assessing class performance
  • Performing needs analysis to identify areas of improvement for training opportunities
  • Designing and updating educational materials
  • Conducting individual training sessions with agents on demand
  • Monthly product updates
  • Nesting support
  • Coaching and side-by-side support on the operation floor
  • Weekly alignment meetings with QAs
  • Regular closed loop meetings with Ops, TA and QA
  • Cooperation with client stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Sending Daily Training Report to stakeholders
  • Ensuring all training documents are organized and updated
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Education College degree in education/psychology/management or relevant TTEC Europe B.V. sp. z o.o. Krakow subsidiary
  • Previous experience Skills & Competencies work experience (desired)
  • Min. 6 months work experience in sales enablement / training (required)
  • Experience in corporate training, advertising (desired)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Great explanation skills
  • Fluent English both oral and written
  • Understanding Adult Learning Principles
  • Sales skills
  • Patience
  • Familiar with social media platforms
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proactive, self-learner
  • Good time-management and organization skills
