Claims Management Processor with English and Polish
The work:
- Receive, log, and categorize customer disputes in the system
- Ensure all required documentation and details are accurately recorded
- Review disputes to confirm validity (e.g., pricing errors, billing issues, service complaints)
- Identify root causes and classify dispute types
- Analyze supporting documents
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Customer Service) to resolve issues
- Drive timely resolution in line with SLAs
- Maintain professional communication with customers regarding dispute status
- Request missing information and provide updates on progress
- Monitor open disputes and ensure timely closure
- Trigger corrections (credit notes, rebilling, adjustments)
- Propose process improvements to reduce dispute volumes

Here's what you will need:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, or Dispute Management processes.
- Experience with High Radius and SAP systems
- Excel skills (lookup functions, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Understanding root cause analysis for disputes.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders (sales, billing, logistics).
- Capability to handle escalations in a structured and calm manner.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong time management and adherence to SLAs/KPIs.
- Proactive approach to identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements
