THE WORK
Workflow Ownership & SME Support
- Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned workflows
- Serve as the main point of contact for process-related questions, clarifications and escalations
- Ensure workflow execution is aligned with processes, SLAs and client requirements
- Maintain deep knowledge of tools, workflows and operational dependencies
Campaign Execution & Operations
- Dedicate ~70% of time to campaign trafficking activities
- Execute, monitor and troubleshoot campaigns in line with defined workflows
- Maintain operational expertise and stay up to date with platform changes
Process Improvement & Issue Resolution
- Investigate workflow issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
- Identify process gaps, risks and improvement opportunities
- Support workflow updates, operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Coaching & Knowledge Sharing
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support team development
- Assist in onboarding and training of new joiners
- Create and maintain process documentation and knowledge articles
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Ensure alignment on operational priorities and workflow expectations
Team Contribution
- Participate in team initiatives and engagement activities
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and operational excellence
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
- Experience in digital advertising operations or programmatic workflows
- Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle and workflow dependencies
- Solid knowledge of programmatic advertising and auction dynamics
- Experience supporting workflows, training or coaching peers
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
- Experience with Jira (basic navigation and usage)
- C1 level of English
Preferred
- Familiarity with automation, reporting or process optimization
- Experience in cross-functional or multi-workflow environments
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills

WORK ARRANGEMENTS
- Hybrid working model (approx. 50% office presence)
- Location: Warsaw, Proximo II
- Shift-based schedule, Monday–Sunday
- Start times depending on business needs:
- Morning shift: between 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Evening shift: between 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
