Junior Customer Service Representative with Dutch
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work in a customer service team, helping customers solve their issues and making sure they have a positive experience. This is an entry-level role, so you will learn on the job and build valuable skills in communication, systems, and teamwork.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support customers via phone and email, helping with service and repair requests
- Provide friendly and professional assistance, making sure customers feel heard and supported
- Make sure all requests are handled according to quality standards and company processes
- Keep high customer satisfaction by meeting service targets (SLA)
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues step by step
- Check and validate service agreements and requests
- Manage orders and returns using SAP system (training provided)
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support repair processes
- Track progress and ensure updates are communicated to customers

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch (C1)
- Availability to work in a hybrid mode in Warsaw office
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer support
- Ability to remain focused in a dynamic environment and respond effectively to evolving inquiries
- Strong grammar, writing, and typing accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, both independently and in collaboration with peers
- Adaptability and willingness to learn quickly in response to changing client needs and product updates
