Requirements

• previous experience in payroll, HR administration or a related area,
• very good command of German (minimum B2 level),
• good command of English, both written and spoken,
• familiarity with payroll systems and MS Office applications,
• strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
• ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative international environment,
• proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• managing end-to-end payroll processes in line with internal policies and local regulations,
• ensuring accurate and timely payroll calculations and salary payments,
• maintaining and updating employee payroll records and related documentation,
• cooperating closely with HR, Finance and external stakeholders to support smooth payroll operations,
• responding to payroll-related inquiries and providing professional support to employees,
• participating in process improvement initiatives and supporting payroll-related projects,
• ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and internal standards.
