Requirements

  • fluency in English and Dutch (minimum B2 level),
  • strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities,
  • a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues,
  • high level of responsibility, professionalism, and attention to detail,
  • a client-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service,
  • previous experience in finance, accounting, banking operations, or a related field,
  • familiarity with private capital, fund administration, ownership verification, or depositary processes is an advantage,
  • a proactive attitude towards learning and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • perform day-to-day operational activities related to private capital and fund administration processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution,
  • review and analyze legal and financial documentation, maintaining and updating fund structures and related records within internal systems,
  • communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through email, virtual meetings, and other communication channels to ensure smooth process execution,
  • build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and business partners, delivering a high standard of service,
  • identify opportunities for process optimization and actively contribute to the implementation of operational improvements and change initiatives,
  • support process transition and migration projects, ensuring efficient knowledge transfer and operational continuity,
  • monitor activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements,
  • provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members, supporting their development and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
