For our Client, a leading global provider of business and digital transformation services, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sourcing Buyer with French to join an international procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and driving procurement activities across international markets. Requirements
- at least 4 years of professional experience in sourcing and procurement,
- experience in strategic sourcing projects, preferably within indirect procurement, capex, or mro categories,
- hands-on experience with rfx processes and esourcing platforms (experience with sap ariba will be considered an advantage),
- knowledge of total cost of ownership (tco) methodology and sourcing best practices,
- fluent French (min. C1) and English (min. B2),
- strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills,
- ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across international teams,
- proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- managing end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned categories and projects,
- supporting strategic sourcing initiatives, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution,
- preparing and managing RFx events using eSourcing tools,
- conducting market and supplier analyses to identify cost optimization opportunities,
- performing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses to support sourcing decisions,
- building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers,
- ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and sourcing strategies,
- supporting supplier performance management and continuous improvement initiatives,
- collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sourcing projects on time and within scope.
