Requirements

• at least 4 years of professional experience in sourcing and procurement,
• experience in strategic sourcing projects, preferably within indirect procurement, capex, or mro categories,
• hands-on experience with rfx processes and esourcing platforms (experience with sap ariba will be considered an advantage),
• knowledge of total cost of ownership (tco) methodology and sourcing best practices,
• fluent French (min. C1) and English (min. B2),
• strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills,
• ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across international teams,
• proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• managing end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned categories and projects,
• supporting strategic sourcing initiatives, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution,
• preparing and managing RFx events using eSourcing tools,
• conducting market and supplier analyses to identify cost optimization opportunities,
• performing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses to support sourcing decisions,
• building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers,
• ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and sourcing strategies,
• supporting supplier performance management and continuous improvement initiatives,
• collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sourcing projects on time and within scope.
