Requirements

• minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable,
• very good command of German (minimum B2 level),
• good command of English, both written and spoken,
• practical experience working with SAP will be an asset,
• good knowledge of MS Excel,
• strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills,
• a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field will be an asset,
• availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week from the office).

Responsibilities

• processing PO and non-PO vendor invoices in SAP,
• executing manual and automatic payment runs,
• reconciling vendor accounts and resolving outstanding items,
• monitoring accounts payable balances and ensuring timely payments,
• supporting month-end and year-end closing activities,
• preparing AP reports and financial analyses,
• identifying and implementing process improvements and automation initiatives.
