Requirements

• very good knowledge of Kazakh and Russian – required,
• good command of English (minimum B2) – required,
• excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner,
• a customer-oriented approach and genuine interest in helping others,
• openness to learning and developing new skills,
• ability to work in an international and multicultural environment,
• availability to work in a hybrid model after the training period.

Responsibilities

• providing professional customer support via phone, email and online channels,
• assisting customers with their enquiries and requests,
• providing information about available products and services,
• supporting customers with bookings and modifications,
• providing after-sales support and resolving customer issues,
• assisting customers in using the company's website and digital services,
• responding to customer feedback and general enquiries,
• building positive relationships with customers and ensuring a consistently high level of service,
• cooperating with other team members to achieve common customer service goals.
