Job Description:

• Manage spare parts orders from quotation to delivery and monitor fulfilment.
• Prepare quotations, pricing, and availability information for customers.
• Check stock availability and delivery lead times.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data in internal systems.
• Monitor order status, identify delays, and take corrective action.
• Cooperate with Sales, Service, and Logistics departments.
• Work with Chinese team to improve spare parts processes and efficiency.
• Ensure high customer service standards and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

• Min. 2 years’ experience in logistics, spare parts, order management, customer service, on a related position.
• Experience with spare parts operations will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Independence, accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, including formulas, filtering, sorting, and basic data analysis.
• Polish & English language skills at a minimum B1 level, enabling comfortable communication in an international working environment.
• Analytical thinking and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work under time pressure and maintain accuracy when handling multiple orders.
