Have you heard about the interactive application form system for foreigners in Poland? Check out the website www.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl to legislate your stay or get international protection.

Poland is on its track to become more interactive, but there is still a long way to go. To make filing application forms easier, the government launched a new project that allows foreigners to print out already filled forms. To prepare the document that can be taken straight to the Voivodeship Office, one needs to go through the following steps on mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl

  1. Select the application form
  2. Fill it online
  3. Save, print, verify and sign (if necessary)
  4. Take to the Voivodeship Office (if necessary)

Do you need to find the address of your local Voivodeship Office?
It's linked in our article about temporary residence permit.

Which forms can be filed through this system?

  • Temporary residence permit
  • Permanent residence permit
  • Long-term residence in the European Union
  • Invitation entry into the invitation register
  • International protection (submitted ONLY to the Border Guard of the Republic of Poland)

All applications should be filled in Polish, English, Russian, French, Arabic or Vietnamese.

Have you used the system? Would you like to see more of such online tools in the future? Let us know.
