Gdańsk welcomes new Alexander Mann Solutions office

Alexander Mann Solutions is a renowned recruitment process outsourcing company dealing with talent acquisition and management. In 2005, they opened their first Polish Global Client Service Centre in Kraków, but apparently it did not satisfy the company’s appetite for Poland. Alexander Mann Solutions have just confirmed launching their new office in Gdańsk, in one of the fastest developing Polish regions. It will be their second centre in Poland and the seventh in the world.

The Gdańsk GCSC, located in the heart of the Alchemia Business Centre, will play an integral role in Alexander Mann Solutions’ integrated service offerings supporting such global clients as Citi, Deloitte, GE, Rolls Royce or Novartis. Alexander Mann Solution’s customers usually include companies from the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Germany or France. Now, staff from Poland will help the company build its global potential.

Jolanta Gantkowska, Director of Operations for Mainland Europe at Alexander Mann Solutions, comments on the new establishment in an official message:

We know that Poland has an immense pool of talented, multilingual, experienced professionals, based on our experiences of growing our Kraków Centre to over 700 quality colleagues. We’ve looked forward to further expanding our operations, providing us the opportunity to open another Service Centre, this time in the vibrant city of Gdańsk, complementing not only our existing Kraków Centre, but also our global remit.

The plans for Gdańsk are indeed impressive. Alexander Mann Solutions Poland has already managed to increase the number of employees in Gdańsk from 40 to over 100 people. They plan on recruiting another 200 workers over 2016. This should not be difficult, as the company’s management seems to be in love with Gdańsk and the opportunities it offers.

Alexander Mann Solutions decided to invest in Gdańsk after a fruitful cooperation with the local government. The region of Pomerania, just by the Baltic Sea, is gaining more and more praise for favourable conditions offered to international investors. The local authorities are especially excited about the addition of new sectors to the region’s business offer, which used to be dominated by the IT and financial services. Welcoming a company from the recruitment process outsourcing seems both diversifying and refreshing for the business climate in Tricity (the aglomeration of three cities: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot).
