Your responsibilities would include:
  • Giving a support to the Global P&CI Process Enablement team to functionally support the tooling that is being used to support the P&CI processes
  • Scoping and scheduling Heineken HeiRule in the system
  • Reporting on HeiRules Self Assessments
  • Bwise access managing
  • Troubleshooting of Bwise issues, functional support of Bwise system
  • SAP PC scheduling and reporting
  • SAP PC problems troubleshooting, SAP PC functional support (driving innovations)
  • Supporting SAP AC mitigations, SAP AC reporting and functional support (driving innovations)
You are The Candidate if:
  • You have university degree/Bachelor in Finance & Accounting, IT or related field
  • You have 0-1 years of relevant professional experience
  • You have excellent written and verbal English
  • you have other languages, which are an additional benefit
  • You have affinity with Information Technology
  • You have ability to effectively process extensive and various information from different sources and translate it into tangible action plans
  • You have excellent at MS Excel, analytical capabilities
  • You are dynamic and eager to work on a variety of topics to support work across the team
  • You have a high concern for quality, accuracy and data
  • You have general understanding of GRC processes
  • You have knowledge of PowerBI, SAP GRC or Bwise
  • You have experience in other Microsoft tools (e.g. MS teams, Shareporint)
  • You have Project management skills, continuous improvement awareness
