Job description:
Job Purpose
This role is to provide integrated operations delivery of local policies and benefits, and Policy projects for our Netherlands (NL) HR Advice team based in Krakow.

Principal Accountabilities
- Support and make an active contribution to NL local policy and processes development projects as required
- Continuously improve the existing policies and processes for the NL
- Continuously contribute to the policy content on HR Online
- Execute and support the delivery of NL processes managed in Krakow, working closely with NL Policy Team
- Provide local policy and processes advice and support colleagues in HR teams
- Support trouble shooting and resolution of cases and services issues, supporting identification of root causes and supporting the Team Lead in the identification of systemic solutions
- Actively build and manage good partnership with business partners (Finance, third parties etc.) to deliver on risk mitigation, opportunities and performance
- Support country reporting activities and data quality checks by compiling, formatting and analyzing large amounts of data from both internal and external sources
- Ensure and validate data accuracy - as many reports manage significant levels of risk and/or compliance with legislative requirements
- Other Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:
• At least 4-5 years of professional HR experience in international dynamic environment,
• University degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or any other related areas would be an advantage,
• Fluent in English,
• Strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies,
• Previous experience in partnering with country Policy colleagues, on variety of remuneration & benefits topics,
• Proven background in translating policies into processes,
• Able to work independently and think strategically,
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and the ability to rapidly build and maintain trust,
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to communicate professionally with HR colleagues, external partners and with employees at all levels and cultures of the organization,
