About the Role:

As a Junior Recruitment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping us attract, engage, and hire top talent across various departments. You’ll support the full recruitment cycle, work closely with hiring managers, and build strong candidate pipelines — all while learning from experienced HR professionals in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What will you do:

• You will have ownership of end to end recruitment process (external and/or internal)
• Responsibility for regular updates and communication about projects with them
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group
• Cooperating with and providing status to Recruiting Leadership, other Recruiters, HR and Sourcing regarding candidates

What do we expect from you?

• At least 6 months of proven experience in recruitment
• Experience in recruiting for Finance and Accounting, Compliance and Customer service profiles
• Excellent Polish andamp; English skills
• Preferred understanding of: recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures including pipeline management, recruiting tools (Workday), sourcing channels
• Interviewing experience and skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• High flexibility and positive approach to challenges
