Customer Service Specialist – Service Parts Recovery
In this role you will be responsible for
Organizing returns of Service Parts from our customers, by supporting the customers with recognizing the parts and preparation of return documents, requesting appropriate transport services, and monitoring the speed and effectiveness of the whole process.
You are responsible for:
- Work within the customer services organization
- Contact customers (mainly by phone) to agree on the collection of service part
- Check with the customer the correctness and completeness of return documentation, if necessary guide the customer to achieve that
- Support the customer with resolving any issues or doubts related to the return
- Request a collection with a carrier and monitor if it was effective
- In case of failed collection, investigate the problem to assure successful next attempt
- Record notes and events in the tracking system
- Report and escalate on recurring issues to drive continuous improvement
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Professional experience in fields related to customer service operations
- Fluent English
- Fluent German or French or Dutch or Swedish or Spanish
- Comprehensive PC skills
- Strong communication skills and problem solving mindset
