Requirements
- experience in a BPO environment,
- excellent German (min. C1) and good English (min. B1),
- experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools will be an asset,
- experience in working with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Excel,
- good understanding of supply chain management,
- ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively,
- good written and verbal communication skills with internal customers,
- ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- following up on inbound leads and making outbound cold calls and emails,
- identifying key stakeholders and generating interest from potential clients,
- supporting the development of training materials and work instructions,
- building and maintaining strong client relationships based on trust and loyalty,
- interacting with internal and external teams via email, phone, or CRM tools,
- collaborating effectively with upstream and downstream teams.
