

The HR Customer Care Specialist will be part of a dynamic Service Delivery Specialists team. The scope of the role is ensuring the service delivery within the agreed SLAs and promoting continuous improvement to meet the priorities of the business as well as accommodate the respective internal policies and external law regulations that may impact HR processes.
Responsibilities:
Resolve customer inquiries, providing efficient and effective HR service to Citi’s employees within established HR policies and procedures
Serve as a point of contact to Citi employees as well as authorities and third parties
Handle incoming inquiries queue in ServiceNow
Answer incoming calls from Citi employees
Data entry and records change in Workday and TETA systems as per customer request
Execute basic operational controls
Ensure Knowledge Library, procedures and manuals are up to date
Qualifications:
2 year of experience in HR operations or customer service
Command of Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of Polish Labour Code
English (working) and Polish (fluent) languages command
Ability to work unsupervised and apply problem solve capabilities
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
