In Poland we started our operations in 2007. Our operation in Poland primarily revolves around the global technical support centre through which we provide multilingual Infrastructure Management Support to our clients. Apart from providing multilingual technical support in 15 languages, we also work on technology based projects for our clients.

Due to our growing business needs we are looking for:

Business Manager
Location: Kraków

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 Year’s experience in Program/Project management.
  • Financial analysis, budgeting, planning, business case creation, reporting, etc.
  • Workforce planning.
  • Governance – aligning to Client processes & policies. Keen learner, ability to handle stress and ad-hoc environment, challenge status-quo, collaborate with different teams.
  • high sense for coordination
  • trustworthy, highly detail-oriented and incredibly organized
  • focused on removing barriers and make the way we work more efficient
  • flexible, able to seamlessly multi-task and with strong interpersonal skills (you have the human touch)
  • self-managed, hands-on and comfortable working independently as well as in a team
  • proven written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • fluent in English and French, German being a strong asset
  • proficient with MS Office.

Role:

  • coordinate various initiatives and tasks driving the business forward and facilitating the interaction between departments
  • manage administrative, logistical, analytic and quality control aiming to drive the business further
  • manage reporting and ad-hoc analysis
  • drive the Branch Manager in managing his daily administrative tasks; ensure proper time management and a detailed organization
  • coordinate the collection of critical documents ensuring high confidentiality level
  • being exposed to communications with internal high senior management level and external stakeholders including the regulator.
