Job Description
Working with Social Media you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and responding to posts and tweets from our customers
- Ensuring your knowledge is fully up to date with all our campaigns/activities at H&M
- Proving excellent customer service via this channel
- Liaising with other departments within H&M to find the best answer for the customer
Working hours
- Full time job: 40 hours per week (5 working days and 2 resting days)
- Working in 3 shifts (for Monday-Friday from 08:00 until 21:00)
- Schedule is prepared for 2 months in advance
- Polish bank holidays are paid 200zl gross eachand youreceivea day off later in the quarter
Contract
- 1 year contract in the beginning followed by unlimited time contract
- Minimum 20 days of vacation per year
