

The position is in the Strategic Marketing and Retail Bank Promotion Team, in Digital Marketing Department. In this job you will be driving SEO strategy for the retail bank as well as content marketing and analytics area within the Team.
You will be supported by both local and regional agencies, as well as best practices from other countries.
As SEO, Analytics and Content Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing the SEO strategy and its execution for the retail part of the Bank:
- ensuring high positioning of key sites
- ensuring that websites are SEO friendly
- ensuring the correct setting and functioning of appropriate analytical tools
- coordination of all stakeholders at both internal and external level related to the area of SEO and analytics
- introducing continuous improvements to maintain and improve website positioning
- analysis of websites of other Citi countries and competitors
- conducting training on SEO knowledge in the organization
- Providing valuable information and recommendations based on data to enable the team to make appropriate business decisions
- Tracking and reporting of web statistics - being a leader in digital data analysis
- Building a strategy for the bank's websites (retail website) - managing the structure and content of the website in cooperation with Brand Managers, with the main focus on website optimization in terms of performance
- Setting standards and best practices for informational and acquisition landing pages - working with graphics and developers to recommend the best solutions for specific campaigns
- Managing innovative tests and campaigns that can lead to increased conversions in the area of acquisitions from the digital channel
- Managing the content marketing strategy for the Bank, including managing the Citi Handlowy Magazyn blog and organizing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers. Cooperation with the agency in the field of content marketing
- Managing the communication channel - notifications in the web browser - increasing the user base, managing the communication calendar - in cooperation with the agency
- Managing the queue of works for the Team of Front-End Developers implementing orders regarding the creation of new / changes to existing bank websites
- Owning the implementation of analytics solutions (Site Catalyst, Double Click and Google Analytics) across the website in cooperation with regional partners.
- Creating dashboards for senior management use utilizing online data available through analytics platforms
- Leading the data agenda for the bank including implementation of DMP solutions

We await:
REQUIRED
- Min. 1 year professional experience in the field of SEO
- Experience in SEO optimization strategy/execution supported by technical knowledge of SEO aspects and tools
- Advanced knowledge in analytical platforms, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Double Click
- Knowledge of DMPs and use cases
- Knowledge in the field of website construction
- Interest and knowledge of new trends in the SEO industry
- Knowledge of topics and tools related to digital marketing
- Ability to prioritize, initiate and organize work independently and perform many tasks at the same time
- The ability to change team approach to primarily data-driven
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
- Very good command of English
