

The Citi Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for managing the attraction, selection and recruitment processes that allow Citi to hire best class talent at both entry and senior level roles.
The role is part of the broader Talent Acquisition team and directly supports Citi businesses in the selection and hiring of graduate/entry level resources.
Key responsibilities:
- Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of the graduate recruitment strategy
- Identify and hire top talent for Internships and Full Time Programs
- Gain proficiency in the systems that support recruitment activities
- Manage the intern and graduate program recruitment process including selection (Assessment Centre and interview facilitation) and offer process
- Serve as primary resource for candidates throughout the recruiting process and deliver a seamless candidate experience
- Ensure "best practice" recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
- Perform recruitment system administration and ensure that the candidate records are up to date throughout the recruitment process
- Extending candidate offers in a consistent and timely manner
- Ensuring all hiring policies and procedures (compliance, legal and regulatory requirements) are adhered to and candidates are hired and on boarded seamlessly
- Support Internship activities such as onboarding, surveys etc
- Work in collaboration with the Talent Attraction & Engagement team in setting up engagement activities for the interns
- Attend campus attraction events as directed by the Talent Attraction & Engagement team
- Work closely with recruitment colleagues to facilitate conversions from internship to full time hires
- Manage the pipeline of the campus candidates and assure keep warm activities are implemented in collaboration with the Talent Attraction & Engagement team
Person Specification
Knowledge / Experience:
- A few years of recruitment experience required ideally within a graduate recruitment function or high volume agency or lateral recruitment function
- Experience of administration, policies and procedures
