Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:
AR Team Leader

Key activities

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead ABSC Distributor Experience finance and accounting team
  • Support team members with solving difficult issues
  • Hands-on approach – understanding tasks of individual team members and being able to step in if needed
  • Being responsible for reviewing and approving monthly accounts reconciliations and analyzing differences
  • Control the period end close
  • Being the main point of contact for external and internal audits
  • Monitor KPI’s, Issue Log and other quality and performance tools
  • Manage relationships with Affiliates
  • Maintain a high level of employee engagement throughout training, coaching and education
  • Manage performance appraisal process and development of all direct reports
  • Perform risk assessment, prepare and execute risk mitigation plan in cooperation with DE Process Manager
  • Maintain Desktop Procedures for all processes handled within function

Profile we look for
  • Min. 4 year experience in ABSC Senior Accountant position
  • 2 years of experience in people management
  • Excellent command of English
  • University degree (bachelor as a minimum) in accounting/finance
  • Strong leadership skills, team oriented
  • Depth knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Bonus area would be an asset
  • Professional approach to work
  • Strong customer driven focus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within
  • company clients together
  • Strong communication skills
