Talent Attraction & Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Definition of a channel management strategy for the CSC EMEA network (starting with Poland)
- Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to collate a workforce plan and review historical channel data from both internal sources and suppliers to create a baseline of effectiveness and gap analysis
- Identify where requirements need to be challenged before going to market and partner with business and HR leaders to design alternative resourcing plans where expectations are out of step with the market e.g. entry level hiring, development programs, relocation, expatriate hiring
- Measure the effectiveness of the candidate attraction channels and ensure channel selection is directed, refreshed and redirected as appropriate
- Partner with Global TA Marketing, Regional TA and GPA (Global Public Affairs) on ongoing EVP Projects, ensuring consistent collateral and messages to market and tailoring is appropriate for local markets where required
- Audit engagement activity to clearly define what is ‘employee engagement’ and external engagement (campus, institutional, government, quasi-government etc) then adjust external engagement activity in line the overall channel management strategy
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the TA Advisory and Sourcing teams, working together to countinally improve channel selection and hence improve efficiency of work allocation.
Knowledge / Experience:
- Experience of requirements definition, market research, marketing and media management, candidate engagement and employer branding
- Experience of designing and implementing multi-channel candidate attraction programs
- Data driven with the ability to direct the creation of appropriate ROI measurements and continuously improve channel effectiveness based on a combination of metrics and market intelligence
- Digital enthuasiast with an interest in social platforms, mobile technology and emerging communication channels
- Proven planning capability, with the ability to create flexible plans that are easily understood, unperinned by analytics and with clear measurements of success
