Work place: Olsztyn

The Customer Service Representative is an entry-level position responsible for deliver service for Institutional Clients Group (ICG) Customer.

Key responsibilities:

  • Explaining cases, registering and resolving complaints of ICG Clients in cooperation with other Bank units
  • Contact (by phone and by email) with ICG Client
  • Termly handling of customer requests and complaints from Clients
  • Identification of ineffective banking processes and cooperation with other Bank teams to develop and implement solutions
  • Testing of applications
  • Verification of procedures
  • Participation in control processes ( MCA)
  • Analysis of customer accounts with individual service in terms of identifying the most common errors in order to eliminate them and improve process efficiency
  • Preparation of correspondence regarding clarified Customer matters and documentation, regarding with Customer request
  • Training of new employees

Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of English both in speaking and writing
  • Secondary level education
  • The ability to think analytically
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Team working and communication skills
  • Nice to have experience in customer service and/or good knowledge of Bank products
