Transfer Agency Technology Application Manager
Work place: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Application management in accordance with Citi policies.
- Manage vendors/suppliers supporting Transfer Agency technology.
- Manage technology initiatives.
- Responsible for UAT environment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for planning tasks and setting up priorities for UAT environment utilization.
- Coordination of application implementations on production environment during weekends.
- Coordinate activities with other technology
- Liaise with business prioritizing book of work
- Providing feedback to internal and external auditors queries.
- Responsible for scheduling of vulnerability assessment and addressing any findings within deadline.
- Following internal procedures for application management and release management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or a related discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in application management/administration.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and Linux/UNIX OS administration.
- Good understanding of project and application life cycle
- Knowledge of SQL language and understating of SQL server administration.
- Experience in identifying applications improvements and coordinating their implementation.
- Experience with PowerShell is nice to have.
- Demonstrated ability to self-direct work efforts, meet deadlines, take initiative, and produce consistent high-quality work. Willingness to be a direct contributor and ability to multi-task
- Strong negotiation skills towards both clients as well as internal partners and vendors.
- Experience in managing of application in international multicultural environment which requires to deal with teams located all over the world.
- Advanced English both written and spoken.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Knowledge of transfer agency business for mutual funds is a plus.
