If you are interested in international working environment at office. You are willing to become familiar with very unique type of role on polish market including largest scale and biggest international clients known world wide this is position for you. Within Syndicated Loans Department you will gain the knowledge about debt products and it's daily servicing especially in the field of general ledger booking entries and fees repayments but not limited to. We will help you to understand how syndicated loans are structured and you will have your input there.
Responsibilities:
This role will manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation while providing support to a variety of tasks related to the loan process. Activities will include independently processing and closing loans within a complex loans operation environment.
- Process, maintain and administrate financial operations in global environment
- Build portfolio of international clients
- Contribute in syndicated and bilateral loaning process
- Identify and report on vulnerabilities and risks in the process
- Clarify and resolve discrepancies between the data
- Act as a Maker or Checker in the process
- Prepare reports and statistics for external and internal clients
- Participate in improvement projects within the team
- Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation;
- Manage client and business ad-hoc queries and requirements;
- Collaborate with internal counterparties for the purposes of best client service
Qualifications:
- Genuine interest in financial markets and with at least 1,5 year of experience in Financial Services;
- An understanding of Financial Operations;
- Very good command of English
- Strong analytical skills;
- Good attention to details;
- Working knowledge of MS Office, with a strong focus on MS Excel (experience with macros and VBA will be a huge advantage)
- “Can do” attitude
- Willingness and readiness to learn and develop your skills
