The Supply Chain (SC) Sourcing Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for participating in procurement activities such as defining the need for goods and services, negotiating price contracts and authorizing payment for goods and services in coordination with the Corporate Services team. The overall objective of this role is to acquire goods and services requested by company personnel in support of the company's business.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct End to End Sourcing and Contract Management activities, as follows:

• Conduct stakeholder meetings to understand project requirements
• Create Sourcing strategies for sourcing projects
• Run and facilitate eAuctions and e-RFx if and when the event is not managed by the eServices team
• Conduct supplier negotiations
• Conduct bids analysis, prepare scoring tables
• Deliver and report savings against set targets
• Create sourcing approval document and present on sourcing review board
• Review and amend contracts to make compliant with procurement obligatory clauses and tender terms and conditions
• Prepare & facilitate contract approvals, renewals and extensions
• Liaise with suppliers, commodity managers and internal customers
• Provide support and advise to end user and suppliers on products, purchase orders and invoices
• Operate electronic Procurement tools (E-Sourcing, P2P)

Qualifications:

• Min. 12 months employment in multinational / shared service environment OR 3 years regardless of the field
• Fluent written and spoken Polish and English
• Another European language would be an advantage
• Working knowledge of supply chain management, procurement management, and strategic sourcing would an asset
• Intermediate command of MS Suite

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
