Product Manager, Cross Border Payments EMEA - AVP

Description Summary:
This is an exciting role that will work closely with the existing team of product managers to support the following:
- Voyager: End to end rollout and governance of Voyager projects in EMEA
- Product development efforts for key projects that the P&R team is leading in EMEA
- Establish and run the governance for other projects with EMEA and global involvement
- Support key client experience efforts including the network efficiency index and service standards
- Commercialisation: Help execute the sales strategy for Voyager, WorldLink and CBFT for 2020 and beyond
- Work closely with sales and relationship teams in developing marketing and sales material
- Identify key client target segments and
- Provide support in RFP response, pricing request and regular client and service engagement
- Risk & Governance
- Client Experience: Work with product managers, operations and technology to drive a superior client experience
- Risk & Controls: Focus on Citi risk & controls governance frameworks to ensure a pristine risk and controls environment
- Partnerships: Actively support key engagements including FXLM, Private Bank as well as external partners
- Governance: Work closely with the Cross Border Payments Head, EMEA and other P&R partners on managing TTS and franchise governance needs
