Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
develop yourself into an all-round procurement professional and contribute to improving 3 bln people's lives globally.
You are responsible for
- Daily support for Source to Contract users regarding the process, Ariba tool usage and reporting functionality (tenders and contracts);
- Managing user database;
- Conducting training sessions for users (e.g. buyers, procurement engineers, commodity managers);
- Maintaining of reports/reporting dashboards;
- Preparing user materials;
- Maintaining and improving Ariba system templates;
- Resolving daily technical issues related to Ariba platform;
- Maintaining of database and header fields;
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor degree (as a minimum);
- Fluent English (B2 minimum / C1 preferred);
- Communication skills and customer attitude;
- High level of accuracy and strong execution skills;
- Fast learner;
- Self-driven and pro-active attitude, ability to work independently;
- Team player;
- Target and quality driven;
- Interested in working in international environment in procurement area;
