Digital Customer Service Representative
Work place: Olsztyn

Digital Customer Service team supports institutional clients in their day-to-day activities and ensures a seamless client experience. Digital Customer Service team is responsible for the verity of Citi digital products.

The Digital Customer Service Representative is a professional role. It requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with other teams in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Makes evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. They are expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents. Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. Direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as single point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Ensures customer inquiries are answered in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining compliance with departmental standards
  • Conduct necessary analyses to address client needs
  • Communicate resolutions to clients via e-mail or call
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service
  • Technical background is preferable
  • Good level of English
  • Analytical and methodical approach
  • Display a high level of attention to detail
  • Team-player
  • Strong customer orientation
