The CTI Enterprise Platforms and Services (EPS) group supports the technology infrastructure of IBM System z, System I and Stratus technologies.The CTI EPS Compliance Officer will support the group in the areas of risk management, audit management, issue management, reporting, communications and quality control.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify risks and non-compliance within the groups.
• Produce the Monthly Metrics report for the EPS organization.
• Ensure observance of Citi Information Technology Management standards and policies, primarily by the execution of the monthly GRC.
• Develop, monitor and report the status of all Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), Risk Exceptions (REs) and iCaps issues.
• Assist with the interpretation of compliance issues and policy requirements.
• Act as the central point-of-contact for all audit issues and evidence as well as business monitoring evidence requests.
• Collaborate with the various sub-groups within the EPS organization to ensure the currency and completeness of all Level III procedures.

Experience/Knowledge required:

• Knowledge of Operating Systems or one or more of the sub-systems is helpful.
• An understanding of risk.
• Five or more years of experience in a Mainframe organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with mainframe/midrange operating systems ( z/OS, iSeries, Stratus, z/TPF, z/VM, Tandem/Unisys)
• Proficient in Cognos Reporting
• Skilled with TSO and ISPF
• Ability to code JCL/submit jobs for z/OS reporting
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (used for reporting and GRC testing)
• Previous risk/compliance exposure
• Familiarity with Sharepoint
• Knowledge of RACF/Top Secret.
