Who are we looking for?

Qualifications

  • Around 8 years of professional experience in end2end payroll and administration area, especially with UK law regulations
  • Experience in project management area
  • Intensively driven, proactive and delivery focused
  • Understanding of service management techniques, including change management
  • Very good knowledge of Case management system (preferably Zendesk but not only), SAP SuccessFactors, Time and attendance systems, Document management systems, MS Excel
  • Transition and transformation experience as an asset
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work under pressure and to making independent decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and pro-client attitude
  • Experience in global payroll/HR projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-changing organization
  • Readiness to work outside standard business hours

What will you do?

The purpose of this role is to manage end-to-end payroll processes for a well-established retail UK brand within Digital Employee Operations. This involves defining and developing various processes and ensuring they comply with all relevant regulations, laws and reporting requirements. It also includes cooperating and coordinating with various Business Partners and with the client, so excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement are expected.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ownership of End to End payroll processes
  • Regular reviewing of all targets and deadlines described in KPIs and SLAs and ensuring they are met according to client’s expectations
  • Enhancing and continuously improving payroll processes
  • Monitoring payroll delivery and process compliance
  • Support the client in understanding their business requirements, helping them to visualize the output
  • Own and ensure the quality documentation of the processes
  • Reviewing change requests in a timely manner
  • Managing CR’s and ensuring processes are updated with the reflected changes, checking completion against original business requirements and producing closure report for the client
  • Ensuring that transitions and change management are delivered according to standard and methodology
  • Continually seeking out ways to improve Client satisfaction
  • Effectively managing and building excellent working relationships
  • Supporting all internal and external audits related to payroll
  • Participation in transition in Q2
