ABOUT YOU:
Responsibilities
- Representing our company during various employer branding events such as job fairs, workshops and conferences
- General research and analysis of marketing/employer branding trends
- Offering new creative ways to promote our company as an employer of choice
- Networking and staying in touch with student networks, universities and other Student Brand Ambassadors
- Supporting the logistics of employer branding initiatives run by our company (both internally and externally)
- Being up-to-date with our activities in social media
- Taking an active part in Student Brand Ambassadors’ catch-up meetings
Requirements
- Being a student (preferably: Economics, Finance, Linguistics, or other similar)
- Fluent English (knowledge of other language, like French, German, Spanish or Italian, will be an asset)
- Interest in employer branding, social marketing, networking, inspiring others
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills: team spirit, communication, creativity and drive
